Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Business (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the supply of services by Ethereal Aesthetics Limited, trading as Ethereal Aesthetics of 56 Maida Vale, W9 1PP. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the contents of other literature provided by Ethereal Aesthetics to the Patient (“you”), these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Ethereal Aesthetics Obligations
In providing a treatment to you, Ethereal Aesthetics shall:
- Ensure that the treatment is carried out by an appropriately trained Therapist.
- Satisfy itself that the Therapist holds the necessary qualifications and registrations required for him/her to practice.
- Provide/arrange suitable facilities for the provision of treatment.
- Provide you with such information as you may reasonably require to enable you to understand the nature of the treatment being offered and to decide whether or not to undergo a treatment. As part of this process, we will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you and likely to be successful.
- Endeavour to ensure that your appointment for treatment or consultation occurs on time. Should this not be the case or should there be a need to postpone a treatment, Ethereal Aesthetics will make every effort to contact you in advance.
- Advise you, prior to any treatment appointment, of any preparation required on your part before that treatment takes place.
Your Obligations
You shall advise Ethereal Aesthetics of all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Ethereal Aesthetics will not be held liable for any damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose such information.
You shall comply with all instructions and recommendations given to you in respect of preparation and care of the treated areas both before and after a treatment takes place.

Appointments and Cancellations
We completely understand that plans can change, so if you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible — and at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to offer your slot to another client.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, we’re unable to refund your deposit or reschedule without charge. If your treatment was part of a prepaid package, the session will be deducted from your package total.
- Your safety comes first. We may not be able to carry out your treatment if your skin is sun tanned. If you’ve had recent sun exposure, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can advise you. If it’s not safe to proceed on the day, the session will still be charged or deducted from your package.
- We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so there’s time to complete any paperwork and start your treatment on time. Late arrivals may mean we have to shorten your treatment or reschedule.
- For safety reasons, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you arrive without a chaperone for a child under 16, we won’t be able to carry out your treatment and the session or deposit may be lost.
Deposits and Payments
- To secure an appointment for a consultation or treatment a deposit is required.
- Deposits can be used for payment towards any treatment.
- Any deposits not used within 12 months after the date of payment will be forfeited.
- All single treatments purchased should be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. The date of purchase being the date of the initial deposit.
- Refunds will only be given for medical reasons.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment card or via the original payment method.
- Refunds will be made within 28 days of request.
Payments for Courses of Treatments
- To secure your treatment plan and preferred dates, all courses (multiple treatments booked as a package) must be paid for in full when booking your first appointment.
- Courses must be used within 12 months of purchase. The purchase date is the date of your initial deposit.
- If there’s a clinical reason to extend your package, we may be able to accommodate this — in which case all treatments must be completed within 24 months.
- Payments for courses are only refundable for medical reasons. If a refund is approved, the value of any treatments already taken will be deducted based on the single treatment price, with the remainder refunded to you.
- Please note: missed appointments or cancellations outside of our notice period will count as a treatment used.
Complaints
At Ethereal Aesthetics, we’re committed to providing the highest standard of care and ensuring every client feels supported, respected, and happy with their experience. If there’s ever anything you’re not fully satisfied with — whether during your consultation or treatment — please let us know as soon as possible. You can speak directly to the clinic manager or their appointed deputy, and we’ll do our very best to resolve the matter quickly and fairly. Your feedback is important to us, and we see it as an opportunity to improve and continue offering the best possible service.
